If you purchase a cloud web hosting from us, you shall be able to choose if access logs should be generated and for which domains or subdomains in your account this must be done. You could activate this feature from the Access/Error Logs section of the Hepsia Control Panel, integrated with all shared accounts. Every domain name you host or subdomain you set up will be listed there and you will see an On/Off option next to each one of them, so you can easily enable or disable the generation of access logs independently for every site that you have. You could save a log to your PC by clicking on the Download link that you will see inside the same exact section of the CP. The link is available even after you disable the log generation, so you will still have access to the data compiled by our system.
Access Log Manager in Semi-dedicated Hosting
Our leading-edge web hosting platform will create access logs for each Internet site hosted inside a semi-dedicated server account, provided that this feature is permitted. All domain names and subdomains that you have shall be listed in the Access/Error Logs section of the Hepsia CP, that we provide with all of the accounts, so if you need our system to start generating logs for any of them, you should just click on the compact button on the right side of the respective domain/subdomain and switch the default Off option to On. You may stop this function anytime by following the same steps. You'll find a Download link for every single log inside the same section of the Control Panel, so you can save the content gathered by our system in .txt format with only a mouse click. An existing log file can be downloaded even after the function has been disabled, so you will still be able to see the data that has already been generated.
